I use Swetrix to understand which pages are visited and how the website is used. Standard analytics records page addresses, referrers, browser and device information, approximate location and performance data. Swetrix uses no tracking cookies or persistent browser identifiers in this configuration. According to the provider, IP addresses and user-agent strings are processed temporarily to generate an anonymised session identifier and are not permanently stored.
The provider states that analytics data is stored and processed in Germany. I do not use identified user profiles or session recordings. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, reflecting my interest in understanding use of this website and improving it. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are respected. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract-related enquiries, or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other enquiries, based on my legitimate interest in responding. Emails are processed through Gmail; the Google privacy policy also applies. Information is deleted when it is no longer needed for the enquiry, unless legal retention obligations require otherwise.
